The practice is now on Facebook! Our page, 'The Tickhill and Colliery Medical Practice', is an information bulletin to keep our patient's informed on all things happening at the practice and any updates or information on programmes within the NHS.

Repeat Prescriptions

Nice_blue_pillsYour doctor may approve repeat prescriptions for your regular medication. We have a leaflet available explaining the ways to order regular medication.  We request 48 hours to process your prescription.

Prescriptions can be ordered in a variety of ways:

  • By ringing the surgery number and leave a message on the answer-machine.  (Please note: this should not be viewed as a way to bypass the review date)
  • By using the order slip issued with your previous repeat.  These can be deposited at either surgery
  • By ordering on-line after registering through the surgery

If you need to speak to someone about your prescription, please ring during the afternoon between 2pm and 3.30pm when the phones are less busy.  The best time to collect prescriptions is mid-morning or from 2.30pm onwards.
